Museum of Illustration
I think that the museum was interesting as it had many different illustrations that highlighted its artwork through books. Advertising, animation, editorial media, fashion, and digital design. David Curtis mentioned that he went through many different hardships and many different sketches in order to complete a final on his project with the book covers he was creating. I really liked the different concepts he had for the book “it” as I was fascinated by all the different ideas he had with the cover. I liked the idea of the tutorial about how to make a paper boat representing the start of the book and the main character's brother on how he got into the plot. The drawing I really liked in the museum was a drawing that a middle schooler made of a pigeon looking down at the city which amazed me as it looked really good in my opinion.
